What is your estimated delivery time?
 

We Strive to get your order delivered within 2-3 week however, it will depend on order size and time of the year. 

When do I pay for my custom order?

You will pay before being placed in que for your order to begin production. Since these are custom orders. We do require payment upfront. We accept all major credit cards, cash and money order or a bank check. 

Do you have a MOQ (minimum quantity order)

We do not have a MOQ on printed clothing however, there is a MOQ for embroidery. Embroidery MOQ is 20 Items. 

Do we offer Delivery or shipping?

Idaho Shirtsmith proudly delivers all local order within 50 miles of the Treasure Valley. If you are further than 50 miles we will ship your order out. 

Do we offer refunds or returns?
 

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom orders. Unless it's within the first 24 hours. 

Can I bring my own clothing?
 

Idaho Shirtsmith will no longer take outside apparel in for clothing for printing or embroidery. 

Do we create logo or designs?

Yes, If you are wanting a design created for your apparel. We do have a Graphic Designer that will create your design. Pricing does vary depending on the complexity of the design. 

Where are we located?
 

Idaho Shirtsmith is located in the Caldwell, Idaho. We currently only operate online and through email.
